Sara the Riveter
So today I got a little bored and decided to do a pinup makeup look. Today's pinup is me...Sara the Riveter. Of course my inspiration was a combination of Rosie the Riveter and my favorite makeup artist, Kandee Johnson. Basically all you need is a bandanna, eyeliner, and lipstick. Lots of dark eyeliner is the key to the pinup eye and maybe some fake lashes for fun as well. Bright red or hot pink lipstick will do for the lips...bright, bright, bright and luscious. I didn't do my bandanna exactly as Rosie wore hers back in the day, but still a nice version I think...and much easier for someone who has a ton of hair like myself:) Here is me with my pinup look and also one of Rosie.
